Return
Policy:
We
want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you feel you would like
to return an item because it does not meet your expectations, you have
10 days within the delivery date to return it UNUSED in its original packaging.
This is for bags purchased from the showroom section only. CUSTOM
BAG RETURNS WILL HAVE A $35.00 RESTOCKING FEE. SHIPPING COSTS WILL NOT
BE REFUNDED. Prior to returning your merchandise, you
must send e-mail to sujata@sujata.com
with your name and invoice number. We will then send you a Return Merchandise
Authorization Number. Please follow the procedures below to process your
return.
- All
returns must be in unused and new condition with all original packaging
materials.
- Before
you return an item contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization
number. We will notify you of your return number via e-mail. Please
place this number on your original invoice and on the return-shipping
label. If these procedures are not followed, we will not be able to
accept your return. If you choose to send us your package and not follow
instructions stated above and the package makes it into our warehouse,
you will still not be eligible for a refund.
- A
refund credit minus shipping costs or restocking fees, depending on
the merchandise returned will be issued to your account upon receipt
of goods.
- We
are not responsible for lost returns.
- RETURNS
MUST BE SENT PREPAID AND INSURED FOR THE FULL PRICE. A carrier such
as UPS or Federal Express must be used and goods should be sent to:
